Job summary

adidas Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Assistant Manager, Demand Planning to drive the end-to-end planning process across channels and brands. You will ensure data integrity, coordinate forecast maintenance, and lead demand review meetings with Marketing and Country Commercial teams to align on forecast scenarios.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, SAP APO, and MicroStrategy knowledge, plus fluent English.

Qualifications

Minimum 4-5 years of demand planning experience in a large sales organization.
Preferable experience in the sport or clothing industry.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end demand planning process and create the alignment across channels and brands.
Validate data integrity and coordinate forecasting maintenance with systems.
Lead demand reviews, analyze forecast trends, and define actions with business teams.
Interface with Marketing, Country Commercial teams, and Hub operations to build consensus.
Define and finalize Demand Planning Signal before sending to Purchasing.
Monitor in-season forecast accuracy and communicate variances and actions.
