Job summary

Adidas Singapore seeks an Assistant Manager, Demand Planning to drive the end-to-end planning process for designated countries, including all sales channels and brands. You will create the aligned unconstraint demand and the Demand Planning Signal for Purchasing, impacting Inventory and Capacity planning to hit sales targets.

You will partner with Marketing and Country Commercial teams, manage SCM-APO and AFS-SCA, ensure data integrity, and improve forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of demand planning experience in a large sales organization.
• Experience in the sport or clothing industry is preferable.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full demand planning process for designated countries, channels and brands.
• Validate data integrity and cleansing prior to forecasting maintenance.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Country Commercial teams to reach consensus on forecasts.
• Manage demand planning with SCM-APO and AFS-SCA and deliver timely outputs.
• Measure forecast accuracy (DPA) at market, brand, channel, and article levels.
