Job summary

Sephora SEA is seeking an Executive, Demand Planning to lead demand planning for a portfolio of brands across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. You will balance service levels, stock levels and costs in our warehouses while collaborating with regional teams to ensure forecasts reflect launches and events.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year in Supply Chain, with strong analytical skills, SAP experience, and advanced Excel (VBA) and Power BI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, or Supply Chain.
• At least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Management, FMCG preferred.
• Able to analyse data, draw conclusions and recommend actions.
• Experience with SAP and advanced Excel (VBA and Power BI advantageous).
• Able to work cross-functionally with strong communication skills.
• Rigorous, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Open to new ideas and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting for Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, aligning with targets, launches and seasonality.
• Collaborate with Regional Category Management on forecast of active and new launch products.
• Support New Launch Forecast Alignment with Regional Category Management team.
• Conduct monthly root-cause analysis on forecast inaccuracy.
• Work with Regional Category Management and local partners to reflect local knowledge in forecasts.
• Participate in S&OP to align sales forecasts, financial plans, and launches.
