Job summary

adidas Group in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager, Demand Planning to drive the end-to-end planning process for designated countries, channels and brands. You will align unconstrained demand with the Demand Planning Signal to support purchasing and inventory management.

The role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration across Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain, and advanced Excel, SAP APO and MicroStrategy capabilities. Prior experience in apparel/accessory industries is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of demand planning experience within a large sales organization.
• Strong analytical and data integrity skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end demand planning process for designated countries, channels and brands.
• Align unconstrained demand with the Demand Planning Signal to support Purchasing and Inventory.
• Validate data, cleanse information, and manage forecast with SCM-APO, AFS-SCA, and BI outputs.
• Lead demand review meetings and document forecast assumptions and actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Country Commercial teams to drive consensus.
