Job summary

You will manage requirements, timelines, and stakeholder cadences, while developing clear reporting and metrics. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential to align teams and deliver value.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project management/coordination for IT or government projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills with business insight.
• Experience in process improvements.
• Ability to work in teams and independently; motivate and resolve conflicts.
• Strong customer-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-project handling.
• PM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and use industry delivery methodologies, PMI, agile (Scrum).
• Drive planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for Services projects.
• Manage requirements, scope, timelines and customer cadences.
• Establish metrics, reporting procedures, and manage changes in plans.
• Manage requirements and scope/change management issues.
• Develop and effectively present and communicate content.
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to projects.
• Coordinate staffing with the Resource Management Office (RMO).
