Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or equivalent; PMP/CITPM certification is a must.
• 4–5 years of IT project management experience, with at least 2 years in government projects.
• Experience with Electronic Content Management (ECM) software is a plus; OpenText and EMC Documentum are valuable assets.

Responsibilities

• Drive comprehensive project planning and resource scheduling aligned with client goals.
• Monitor project tracking, deliverables, finances, and documentation compliance.
• Implement risk management and quality assurance across the lifecycle.
• Lead all phases of project implementation to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Collaborate with sales to develop tailored proposals showcasing capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
