Job summary

MSI Global Pte Ltd is seeking a versatile Technical Project Manager in Singapore. The role bridges business needs, system architecture, and end-to-end delivery in a hybrid setup, blending project management, architecture, and business analysis.

You will shape technical solutions, gather requirements, manage vendors, and drive projects from kickoff through UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support, with a strong focus on stakeholder alignment and scalable designs.

Qualifications

• Experience bridging PM, architecture, and BA across software/digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of system design patterns, APIs, cloud environments, and integrations.
• Ability to run workshops and write high-quality requirements documentation.
• Proven full lifecycle delivery including Agile, change control, and deployments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with technical and exec stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, and resource planning; lead Agile ceremonies.
• Translate business capabilities into scalable technical architecture.
• Gather end-user requirements and distill them into clear specs and user stories.
• Lead vendor evaluations, manage third-party partners, and handle negotiations.
