Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager in Singapore to drive end-to-end project delivery for infrastructure, platform, and enterprise systems. You will manage timelines, resources, and risks while coordinating across engineering, operations, and product stakeholders to achieve on-time, quality outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years leading technical projects, solid knowledge of CI/CD, system design, and Agile practices, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience managing technical projects in infrastructure, platform, or enterprise systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field.
Strong understanding of software or infrastructure engineering practices including CI/CD, system design, and production operations.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skilled in project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Google Workspace).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience working in agile, iterative delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end project delivery—from initial planning and scoping through execution, launch, and post-launch support.
Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and milestones for onboarding divisions to DRE platform products.
Coordinate infrastructure engineering projects including architecture design, build, integration, testing, and operational readiness.
Facilitate alignment between engineering, operations, business analysts, and product stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and delivery outcomes.
Conduct regular status updates, track dependencies, mitigate risks, and escape issues when needed.
Ensure technical and operational documentation is complete and up to date throughout the project lifecycle.
Support quality assurance, change management, and post-deployment reviews for continuous improvement.
Establish delivery standards, improve workflows, and support team retrospectives to refine delivery processes.
