This hands-on leader combines deep SDLC expertise with strategic presales, ensuring technical excellence and successful execution across cross-border teams. You will guide architectural governance, cloud migrations, and risk-managed delivery while communicating with C-level stakeholders and government agencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in the IT industry with at least 5 years in leadership roles (Delivery Manager, Solution Architect, or Senior TPM).
• Proven experience managing projects with a Total Contract Value (TCV) of $1M–$5M+.
• Familiarity with Singapore Government and IM8 standards is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for WBS creation and proposal writing in English for international clients.

Responsibilities

• Bid management: lead technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and ITQs and address all requirements.
• Develop detailed WBS and high-level project roadmaps.
• Create Staffing Plans and optimize resource allocation for bids.
• Define solution costing, pricing strategies, and win themes for tenders.
• Lead architectural governance and SDLC quality gates; ensure cloud-native best practices.
