Job summary

WECONNECT SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to coordinate delivery across multiple on-premise Microsoft infrastructure workstreams within a professional services environment in Singapore.

You will manage dependencies, surface risks, and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility of progress. The role focuses on programme coordination, delivery tracking and stakeholder management across engineers and Project Managers, with responsibilities including milestones,

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering on-premise infrastructure projects (migrations, server refreshes, DR builds).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure technologies (Windows Server, AD, Group Policy, Hyper-V/VMware).
• Formal PM certification (PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP) or equivalent.
• Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and sequence work across engineers and Project Managers across multiple workstreams.
• Track milestones, tasks, dependencies and overall delivery progress.
• Manage projects from scope and planning through resourcing, RAID management, client communication and closure.
• Translate customer requirements into project plans and resource/effort estimates for infrastructure changes.
• Identify risks and blockers early and surface to the appropriate owner.
• Coordinate across pre-sales, service delivery and support teams for smooth handovers.
• Chair progress meetings and provide clear RAG, milestone and status reporting.
• Contribute to PMO process improvements and standards.

Technical Project Manager - Programme Coordination

Full-time, Permanent | On-Premise | Singapore

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to coordinate delivery across multiple on-premise Microsoft infrastructure workstreams within a professional services environment. This role is focused on programme coordination, delivery tracking and stakeholder management across engineers and Project Managers. You will keep projects moving, manage dependencies, surface risks and blockers, and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility of progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and sequence work across engineers and Project Managers across multiple workstreams.
• Track milestones, tasks, dependencies and overall delivery progress.
• Manage assigned projects from scope and planning through resourcing, RAID management, client communication and closure.
• Translate customer requirements into project plans and resource/effort estimates for infrastructure changes including server refreshes, migrations, upgrades, rebuilds and disaster recovery .
• Identify risks and blockers early and surface to the appropriate technical, budget or management owner.
• Coordinate across pre-sales, service delivery and support teams to ensure smooth handovers.
• Chair progress meetings and provide clear RAG, milestone and status reporting .
• Ensure projects follow agreed delivery methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and standards.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience delivering on-premise infrastructure projects such as migrations, server refreshes, datacentre moves and DR builds.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure technologies, ideally including: Windows Server, Active Directory and Group PolicyHyper‑V and/or VMwareSystem Center / SCVMM / SCCM / MECMWindows Server Failover Clustering, SAN/NAS, Storage Spaces Direct, backup and DRNetworking fundamentals including VLANs, NIC teaming and load balancing
• Formal project management certification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP or equivalent .
• Experience working in an MSP or multi‑client environment .
• Strong experience coordinating technical teams without formal line‑management authority .
• Confident stakeholder management and clear written and verbal communication.
• Able to understand technical discussions, challenge appropriately and ask informed questions without needing to make the technical decision yourself.

Desirable

• Microsoft infrastructure certifications, experience with Microsoft Project or Planner, exposure to Citrix/NetScaler, and experience improving PMO processes or reporting frameworks.
