Job summary

WEBULL SECURITIES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned equities trader to ensure accurate and timely execution of client trades and to respond to enquiries across channels.

You will be involved in onboarding new products and platform development, while ensuring adherence to procedures. The role emphasizes strong communication with stakeholders, ability to work under pressure, and participation in client education sessions and public-facing activities to convey market insights in line with

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in equities and options trading in financial institutions and/or brokerage firms.
• Bachelor's Degree holder in Business/ Finance or related disciplines.
• Certifications CMFAS M1A, M5, M6 and M6A will be highly advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and facilitate the proper execution of equities trades for clients in an accurate and timely manner
• Proactively handle clients' enquiries (email/phone) on trading-related matters
• Actively involved in onboarding of new products, platform development, etc
• Understanding all business systems, processes, and procedures
• Drive a 'Customer First' initiative: deliver timely, appropriate support to maintain high service standards
• Engage customers to kickstart their investment journey with Webull, including account registration and funding outreach
• Support client education sessions, including webinars, seminars, and investor workshops to showcase platform capabilities and market insights
• Assist with public-facing touchpoints and media engagement, conveying market perspective and brand voice in compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Handle trade exceptions and contingency procedures during system downtime
• Any other task as assigned

Responsibilities

• Ensure and facilitate the proper execution of equities trades for clients in an accurate and timely manner
• Proactively handle clients' enquiries (email/phone) on trading-related matters
• Actively involved in key projects such as onboarding of new products, platform development, etc
• Understanding all business systems, processes, and procedures
• Drive a 'Customer First' initiative: communicate excellent customer service standards through timely, appropriate support.
• Engage customers to kickstart their investment journey with Webull. (e.g. calling customers to complete their account registration and funding.
• Support the preparation and delivery of client education sessions, including webinars, seminars, and investor workshops to showcase platform capabilities and market insights.
• Assist with public-facing touchpoints and media engagement opportunities, helping convey the firm's market perspective and brand voice across digital and broadcast channels in compliance with regulatory disclosure guidelines.
• Handle trade exceptions and contingency procedures during system downtime.
• Any other task as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in relevant dealing experience in equities and options in financial institutions and/or brokerage firms.
• Bachelor's Degree holder in Business/ Finance or any other related disciplines.
• Certifications in CMFAS M1A, M5, M6 and M6A will be highly advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to be communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Independent worker and a good team player with the capability to thrive under pressure and a good attitude are important traits.
