You will collaborate on onboarding new products and platform development while understanding complex systems and processes. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years dealing experience in equities and options in financial institutions or brokerage firms.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance or related discipline.
• CMFAS M1A, M5, M6 and M6A certifications will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and facilitate accurate, timely execution of equities trades for clients.
• Proactively handle client enquiries via email and phone on trading matters.
• Contribute to onboarding of new products and platform development projects.
• Understand business systems, processes, and procedures.
• Drive a ‘Customer First’ initiative with timely, high-quality support.
• Engage clients to start their investment journey, including account registration and funding.
• Support client education sessions through webinars, seminars, and investor workshops.
• Assist with public-facing touchpoints and media engagement within regulatory guidelines.
• Handle trade exceptions and contingency procedures during system downtime.
• Any other task as assigned.
