Job summary

Phillip Securities Pte Ltd invites you to join as an in-house Equities Dealer. You will manage a pool of clients, grow revenue, and contribute to related trading and settlements tasks in a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate is versed in fundamental and technical stock analysis, familiar with bonds and margin, and has strong client communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably Economics, Finance or Engineering.
• Experience in financial industry is advantageous.
• Certifications CMFAS M1a, M5, M6 and M6a are advantageous.
• Candidates without prior working experience will be considered if you have the passion and right attitude to succeed!
• Knowledge and proficiency in basic coding, AI adoption, and/or RPA are preferred and advantageous.

Job description

You will be working in a team as an in-house Equities Dealer. Entrusted with a pool of clients, your primary task will be to grow and manage the accounts under your team, as well as to perform in other related tasks assigned to you.

In order to be successful in this role:

• Well-versed in the fundamental and technical analysis on stocks, as well as proficient in various financial products including Bonds, Margin, and more.
• Effective communication skills to be able to speak to clients on an individual or in a seminar/ webinar capacity
• Analytical mind set to be able to see how current events will affect the market and your clients’ portfolio
• Meticulous and client centric to provide excellent client relations

Key Tasks and Responsibilities include:

Requirements:
