Cognizant Technology Solutions Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Data Engineer with strong Databricks operations experience to support market-level data delivery and run BAU analytics.

You will manage end-to-end service delivery, SLA/KPI compliance, and incidents with Hong Kong stakeholders in English and Mandarin. The role requires 5+ years in IT operations, ITIL/ServiceNow familiarity, and leadership in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years IT operations or service delivery experience, with 3+ years in lead role.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and hands-on ServiceNow usage.
• Experience in Luxury Retail environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute BAU analytics and data tasks for assigned markets.
• Maintain SQL/Python pipelines and notebooks in Databricks.
• Own end-to-end service delivery and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
• Manage major incidents and stakeholder communications (Hong Kong, English/Mandarin).
• Coordinate with users, development teams, vendors, and platform owners.
• Drive proactive monitoring and continuous service improvement.
• Govern production changes, releases, CAB activities, and readiness reviews.
• Produce service performance reports and executive updates.
• Lead support team performance, shift coverage, and knowledge management.
