Job summary

Beyondsoft Singapore is seeking a Service Delivery Lead - Data & AI to pioneer its regional Databricks practice and drive co-sell growth with major cloud providers. You will lead end-to-end delivery, build a high-performing delivery team, and shape the AI data roadmap for long-term expansion.

The role requires 8+ years in Data & AI consulting with leadership experience, Databricks Lakehouse expertise (certification preferred), and fluency in English and Chinese to coordinate with global partners.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in Data & AI consulting or IT delivery with leadership experience.
• Databricks Lakehouse Platform expertise; Databricks certification preferred.
• Fluent English and Chinese to coordinate with regional partners and stakeholders.
• Strong capability to define enterprise AI/Data architecture strategies and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end solution delivery for Enterprise Data & AI client engagements, ensuring technical excellence and profitability.
• Establish, recruit, and scale a Databricks & AI delivery team across regional projects.
• Build deep strategic relationships with Databricks and cloud ecosystem partners for joint GTM.
• Partner with business development to craft proposals, run architecture sessions, and secure wins.
