Job summary

You will work with the Head Chef and Procurement to optimise labour, inventory and promotions using cloud POS data, develop targeted offers and measurable revenue initiatives, and implement AI-assisted scheduling and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B or hospitality management is preferred.
• Strong data literacy and ability to translate metrics into actions.
• Proven track record in revenue optimisation or pricing.

Responsibilities

• Use cloud POS and dashboards to analyse sales by hour, product and customer behaviour.
• Forecast restaurant demand using occupancy, reservations, trends and events.
• Coordinate staffing, food prep, purchasing and promotions against forecast.
• Track average spend, table turnover, and promotional results.
• Develop targeted offers and personalised recommendations.
• Test restaurant technology workflows and report usability issues.
• Produce management dashboards with actionable insights.
