Responsibilities

• Develop and Evaluate Plans: Create and assess restaurant-specific plans for sales, profit growth, quality, and manpower allocation in line with area objectives.
• Implement Operational Tactics: Deploy strategies and develop the Annual Operating Plan based on regional goals.
• Set Performance Expectations: Discuss and clarify performance expectations with the restaurant management team.
• Review Business Action Plans: Approve and monitor the evolving business action plans and overall restaurant performance.
• Ensure Compliance: Monitor operational execution to ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
