Job summary

Mummys Market in Singapore is seeking a highly analytical Performance Marketing Executive to maximise the effectiveness of our paid media campaigns. You will monitor campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, track KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR and conversions, and translate insights into measurable improvements while collaborating with the creative and analytics teams.

1–4 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising or paid media campaign management.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads; experience with both is preferred.
Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous, detail-oriented and comfortable working with performance dashboards and spreadsheets.
Able to identify performance trends and translate data into practical actions.

Responsibilities

Monitor paid advertising campaigns closely across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant digital channels.
Track KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR and conversion rate.
Compare actual performance against targets, budgets and benchmarks.
Identify unusual fluctuations, performance drops and opportunities promptly.
Investigate root causes of performance changes using campaign data and audience insights.
