Job summary

Coca-Cola Singapore Beverages Pte Ltd CPS Site in Singapore Tuas is seeking an APAC BI Lead for Demand Planning to drive end-to-end demand analytics and consensus forecasting. You will collaborate with partners, plant teams and CS to develop OU demand plans, ensure data integrity and deliver actionable insights for S&OP processes.

Candidates should have 5+ years in data analytics or planning, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and strong skills in Power BI, ERP data, and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data Intelligence, Finance or related fields
• 5+ years’ experience in Data analytics, Planning / materials management or Budget areas.
• Experience with demand planning across S&OP processes.
• Ability to develop demand scenarios and provide recommendations for volumes and stock.
• Strong data validation, master data maintenance and system data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Use E2E data in demand analytics to drive system consensus on concentrate demand.
• Develop OU demand plans for review with partners, SC & plants.
• Define segmented planning tactic with partners & CRM.
• Develop demand scenarios and recommendations for volumes & stock holding.
• Ensure system data consistency and validate weekly/monthly demand plans.
• Train CS team on uploading and fixing bottler demand in DP system.
• Accelerate data visibility using advanced reporting tools and streamline channels.
• Present demand highlights and assumptions to SC stakeholders.
• Participate in Next gen S&OP discussions to establish consensus forecast.
• Drive process improvements and automate where possible.
• Report demand KPIs and perform root-cause analysis for improvements.
