Job summary

Coca-Cola Singapore Beverages Pte Ltd in Tuas, Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to manage customer engagement and order fulfilment. You will work with the Pacific and ASEA regions on demand, order management and outbound logistics, driving CPFR and ensuring on-time delivery.

The role requires collaboration with BU and Bottlers, strong Excel/SAP knowledge, and a customer-first mindset to sustain satisfaction and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, customer service or related supply chain functions.
• Knowledge of MS Advanced Excel, Access/SQL and SAP Query is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Demand and order management through SAP to initiate manufacturing and meet customer requirements.
• Lead S&OP and service review visits with customers in South Pacific and ASEAN.
• Handle complaints with timely logging, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Oversee outbound logistics and ensure shipment documentation is complete.
