Job summary

Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd (The Coca-Cola Company) in Singapore’s CPS site at Tuas is seeking an APAC BI Lead for demand planning. You will own end-to-end demand analytics, develop OU demand plans, and drive consensus with partners, plants and CS teams.

This globally distributed role requires 5+ years in data analytics or planning, a bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain, and excellent English. 5% travel, and collaboration across time zones to improve forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Data analytics, Planning / materials management or Budget areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Develop OU demand plans for presentation and review with partners, SC & plants.
• Ensure system data accuracy and DP master data maintenance.
• Provide detailed forecast views to aid consensus and analysis.
• Participate in next-gen S&OP discussions to improve forecast accuracy.
