Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Singapore's Tuas plant is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to engage with customers in the Pacific and ASEA regions, manage demand and orders, and support outbound logistics.

You will collaborate with BU and Bottlers to forecast replenishment and ensure on-time delivery, handling complaints and maintaining shipment documentation. This role is located in Singapore and supports a 7–12 month contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, supply chain or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years experience in Manufacturing, Customer Service or a related Supply Chain function.
• Knowledge of MS Advanced Excel, Access/SQL and SAP Query would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Demand and Order Management - Process sales orders and forecast through E-Supply Chain and SAP system to initiate the manufacturing process and meet customer requirements.
• Lead S&OP and Service Review with Customers - Perform regular customer visits to Bottlers and BU in the South Pacific and ASEAN region.
• Complaint handling - Log and acknowledge customer complaints within 24 hours; facilitate root-cause investigations with CPS departments.
• Outbound logistics and documentation control - Ensure completeness of shipment documentation and registration requirements.
