Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Demand Planning professional to support the IBP process in a fast-paced FMCG environment in Boon Lay, Singapore.

You will forecast, plan, and collaborate with commercial, supply chain and operations teams to drive business performance. Responsibilities include managing short- and long-term demand forecasts, refining statistical models with analytics support, monitoring KPIs, and contributing to regional digital transformation initiatives, including

Qualifications

• Experience in Demand Planning or IBP within FMCG/consumer goods.
• Strong forecasting and inventory planning skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Solid analytical abilities to transform data into insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support the demand planning function as part of the IBP process, contributing to forecasting and planning discussions.
• Collaborate with commercial, supply chain, and operations teams to enhance performance.
• Manage short- and long-term demand forecasts and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Partner with forecasting and analytics teams to develop and refine statistical demand forecasts.
• Maintain and utilize demand planning systems and tools.
• Analyze forecast variances and planning gaps, providing insights for improvement.
• Support regional and global digital transformation initiatives, including AI-driven forecasting.
• Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy and supply outlook.
• Coordinate with customer service and order management to balance supply and demand.
• Work with logistics and commercial teams to manage inventory health and minimize obsolescence.
