Job summary

GOUGH RECRUITMENT (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Development Manager (Data Centre) to drive new business and expand key accounts in Singapore. The role covers facilities management, engineering services, maintenance solutions, and critical infrastructure environments.

You will identify opportunities, engage asset owners, consultants, and decision-makers, and lead proposals through to contract award, ensuring revenue growth and client satisfaction across complex data centre environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of business development or technical sales experience.
• Proven track record of securing new business and managing customer relationships.
• Experience selling facilities management, engineering services, maintenance, or technical solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation abilities.
• Self-driven and comfortable in a target-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across facilities management and engineering services.
• Build relationships with asset owners, end users, consultants, and key decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through proposal submission and contract award.
• Grow existing client accounts by identifying opportunities for service expansion and project works.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Collaborate with operational and technical teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve revenue growth targets.
