Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Sales Specialist - Data Centre in Singapore to drive revenue growth through consultative selling of power and cooling solutions to data centre customers. You will lead technical discovery, develop solutions, and build multi-level stakeholder relationships across extended sales cycles.

The ideal candidate has a technical or business background, at least five years in data center sectors, a strong regional network, and willingness to travel for client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a technical, management, or business field.
• Minimum 5 years of data center sector experience.
• Strong network within data center orgs and service providers.
• Ability to understand power and temperature control solutions and close sales.
• Willing to travel frequently for client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by delivering power and cooling solutions to Data Centre Sector in Singapore and Johor Bahru.
• Build strategic customer relationships and convert sales opportunities into long-term key accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including presentations, quotations, contract negotiations, and order closure.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity while maintaining accurate CRM records and collaborating with internal teams.
• Promote Aggreko's solutions and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and operational excellence standards.
