Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. seeks a Sales Project Manager to drive business development in the cooling and data centre segments.

You will promote piping solutions, manage the full sales cycle from opportunity creation to project award, and coordinate with internal teams for delivery and technical proposals. Responsibilities include building a robust project pipeline, developing market strategies, engaging consultants and end-users, and maintaining CRM-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering related discipline.
• Experience in project sales within cooling, HVAC, or data centre environments.
• End-to-end project sales cycle from opportunity creation to execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development activities within the data centre and cooling segment by promoting piping system solutions and related services.
• Identify, develop, and convert project opportunities to achieve assigned sales and margin targets.
• Build and maintain a strong project pipeline through proactive prospecting and market engagement.
• Develop market strategies based on analysis of industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Manage full sales cycle including opportunity identification, proposal development, tender submission, and project award.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on technical proposals, delivery planning, and project execution requirements.
• Maintain accurate project tracking and reporting through CRM systems.
• Engage consultants, developers, contractors, and end-users to influence project specifications and secure business opportunities.
• Conduct market research using industry platforms and networks to identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor market movements and adjust sales strategies to strengthen competitive positioning.
• Support participation in industry events, technical presentations, and customer engagement activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Expand market presence across commercial, industrial, and district cooling projects.
