Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the data centre segment across Southeast Asia and drive high-value deals with key accounts, consultants, and system integrators.

You will oversee on-site project execution and coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. The role requires 3+ years in data centre construction or on-site operations, with strong communication and bilingual English/Mandarin abilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data centre construction, project delivery or on-site operations.
• Experience with large-scale data centres is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• English and Mandarin proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site execution of data centre projects including module construction and network deployment.
• Coordinate with TPM and local operations teams to ensure timely delivery to standards.
• Conduct IDC construction progress checks and provide timely updates to TPM.
• Manage project delivery across data centre sites in the assigned area.
• Conduct preliminary site surveys and project assessments.
• Coordinate logistics and equipment deliveries.
• Manage on-site cabling, network integration, and installation activities.
• Monitor project progress, quality and delivery timelines.
• Provide on-site engineering support during project implementation as required.
