Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Technical Pre-Sales Specialist to lead pre-sales for infrastructure and data centre solutions.

You will translate customer needs into scalable architectures and collaborate with Sales to craft compelling proposals. Responsibilities include solution design, BOM reviews, technical validation, and mentoring pre-sales specialists across multi-country projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in technical pre-sales or solution architecture in data centre/cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, wireless and network security.
• Strong knowledge of compute, storage, virtualization, HCI and HPC.
• Experience designing enterprise or data centre infrastructure solutions.
• Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure (HPC, networking, data centre) is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales activities for infrastructure and data centre solutions.
• Provide technical expertise across networking, wireless, security, compute, storage, virtualization.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Lead discovery, solution design and architecture for complex opportunities.
• Develop and review BOMs based on customer needs.
• Coordinate validation, PoC activities and vendor support.
• Mentor pre-sales specialists and support multi-country projects.
• Stay updated on emerging tech and industry trends.
• Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, security and reliability.
