Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a Construction Manager to lead planning, coordination and delivery of data centre construction projects across full builds, upgrades and infrastructure.

You will drive safe, high-quality and on-time execution while strengthening governance, digital reporting and continuous improvement, collaborating with country teams, customers, consultants and DE&C to deliver capacity aligned with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Extensive construction project management experience, data centre or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies and best practices, with familiarity in data centre design and MEP systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, resources, contracts, change control and risk while delivering predictably.
• Digital reporting and KPI tracking experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional regional language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of data centre construction projects from inception through handover.
• Enforce safety, quality and cost controls; manage budgets and change requests.
• Oversee contractors, consultants and suppliers; ensure compliance with design intent and documentation standards.
• Establish governance and digital reporting across stakeholders; manage progress, safety, quality and risk reporting.
• Coordinate with Operations, customers and DE&C to align capacity with business priorities.
• Promote continuous improvement and cross-functional teamwork across project teams.
