Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering in Singapore. You will support Enterprise Accounts in technical sales, lead pre-sales engagements, site tours and proposals, and translate customer needs into robust data centre solutions.

You will act as the technical SME for regional deployments, guiding design, pricing and delivery with internal teams. The role requires deep data centre knowledge, strong project management, and the ability to liaise with DE&C, Service Ops and

Qualifications

Bachelor level degree in science, engineering or related discipline or equivalent.
Work Experience in the Data Centre sector or telecommunications for at least 5-8 years; Or design consultancy for at least 8-10 years.
Prior Management experience is essential.
Experience using CAD, Visio, or other drawing-based software’s (Basic level).

Responsibilities

Support the Enterprise Accounts teams in technical sales and solutions.
Direct prospect engagements, including building/site tours, pre-sales calls and proposal generation, pricing and contract negotiations.
Understand and document customer technical needs from critical infrastructure and fit-out perspectives, to design and present solutions meeting those needs.
Act as the technical SME for multi-site deployments, ensuring consistent design, deployment and pricing across regions.
