• Strong knowledge of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, fire protection, commissioning).

We are representing a construction firm delivering highly complex data center and critical infrastructure projects across Asia Pacific. As part of continued growth across the region, they are seeking an experienced Director of Construction to lead construction operations across multiple concurrent projects.

Summary

The Director of Construction will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the successful delivery of mission-critical construction projects throughout the wider APAC region. The role is responsible for managing project teams, ensuring operational excellence, driving client satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.

This individual will lead a team of Construction Managers, Project Managers and Engineers, and have extensive experience delivering complex data center or critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to project delivery and construction teams across multiple projects.
