Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Food R&D/Product Development professional to support dairy and beverage projects. You will participate in formulation and process optimisation, and help drive product innovations from concept to pilot trials.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science or Food Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of Food R&D / Product Development experience.
• Dairy experience is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of food processing and ingredient functionality.

Responsibilities

• Support food product development and innovation projects
• Conduct lab and pilot plant trials for dairy and beverage applications
• Support formulation development, testing and process optimisation
• Evaluate ingredient functionality and troubleshoot product/process issues
