Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Food R&D/Product Development professional to support dairy and beverage projects. You will lead lab and pilot plant trials, assist formulation development and process optimisation, and evaluate ingredient functionality while preparing technical reports and maintaining project records.

Candidates should hold a minimum degree in Food Science or related field with at least 2 years of Food R&D experience; dairy background is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of Food R&D / Product Development experience.
• Dairy experience is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of food processing and ingredient functionality.

Responsibilities

• Support food product development and innovation projects.
• Conduct lab and pilot plant trials for dairy and beverage applications.
• Support formulation development, testing and process optimisation.
• Evaluate ingredient functionality and troubleshoot product/process issues.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain project documentation.
