Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Food R&D specialist to drive dairy and beverage product development across Asia Pacific. You will conduct laboratory and pilot plant activities, support formulation and processing, and generate technical documentation.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in Food Science/Technology with 2–3 years in food R&D, strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills are expected.
• Experience in food product development and R&D activities is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development activities in dairy and beverage applications in lab and pilot plant settings.
• Support formulation development, process optimization, troubleshooting and testing; document results.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and customers; prepare reports and documentation.
• Maintain clean, safe lab and pilot plant environment and manage materials and equipment.
