Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Food Product Developer to lead initiatives in dairy and beverage applications. You will conduct product development activities in lab and pilot plant settings, support formulation development and process optimisation, and keep precise records of experiments and results.

The role requires 2-3 years in food product development or related areas, a Bachelor's in Food Science/Technology, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Food Technology or related discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in food product development or applications.
• Experience in Food R&D / Product Development is required.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good organisational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Product development activities in dairy and beverage applications.
• Support formulation development, process optimisation, troubleshooting and application testing.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, results and project activities.
• Prepare technical reports and application documentation.
• Support innovation projects from concept development through to commercialisation.
• Provide technical support to Marketing, Technical Service, Sales and Operations teams.
• Assist with customer projects by developing and evaluating application prototypes.
• Support technical presentations, seminars and training activities.
• Troubleshoot formulation and processing challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe laboratory environment.
