Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct product development activities in laboratory and pilot plant environments, focusing on dairy and beverage applications.
• Support formulation development, process optimisation, troubleshooting and application testing.
• Develop and evaluate product prototypes for customer projects.
• Document experiments and project activities accurately.
• Prepare technical reports and application-related documentation.
• Provide technical support to Marketing, Sales, Technical Service and Operations teams.
• Assist with technical presentations, seminars and training activities.
• Maintain laboratory ingredients, materials, equipment, and samples.
• Manage and maintain the ingredient library with proper labelling and tracking.
• Perform basic maintenance of laboratory and pilot plant equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe laboratory environment and follow safety requirements.
