Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Laboratory Technologist to support dairy and beverage product development. You will conduct tests in lab and pilot plant settings, assist with formulation development, and help evaluate prototypes.

The role emphasizes hands-on lab work, documenting results, and providing technical support to Marketing, Sales, and Operations. Contract: 6 months; Location: West Singapore; preparation of reports and training may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in product development and lab testing in dairy/beverage contexts.
• Ability to document results accurately and prepare technical reports.
• Hands-on lab work with formulation development and process optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product development and application testing in laboratory and pilot plant environments.
• Support formulation development, process optimisation and troubleshooting.
• Develop and evaluate food product prototypes and document results.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation; provide technical support to internal teams.
• Maintain lab equipment, ingredients and ingredient library; ensure safety and cleanliness.
