Job summary

SJ Group is seeking a D365 Technical Application Support Specialist to provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Project Ops & Sales). You will work on stabilisation, continuous improvement, and security management in a highly customised enterprise environment.

Key focus areas include incident management, platform optimisations, and seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and Workday. Strong troubleshooting and coding skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Azure are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially Project Operations.
• Strong understanding of D365 architecture, configuration and customisation.
• Experience with Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript and Azure.
• Experience supporting integrated enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 including incident management.
• Maintain customisations and integrations across D365 ecosystem.
• Investigate and resolve integration issues with SAP S/4HANA and Workday.
• Manage D365 security roles, access control and authorisation.
• Support release, deployment and post-go-live stabilisation.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive fixes.
• Support UAT and hypercare post go-live.
• Monitor system performance and reliability.
