Job summary

CYBERSENSE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Pre-Sales/Sales Engineer to lead a team of Pre-Sales Engineers, design tailored security solutions, and deliver compelling technical demos. You will drive engagements with customers, craft service packages, and guide the team in presenting value and strategy.

The role requires deep cybersecurity knowledge, strong communication, and customer-focused mindset, with capability to educate customers on security architectures and cloud integrations.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of presales and services delivery experience.
• Knowledge of SOC operations, security analytics, cloud architecture, MSS, CASB, Zero Trust.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
• Experience with firewall, content security, IDS/IPS, encryption, data leakage protection.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong cybersecurity interest and customer focus.
• Understanding of public cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of Pre-Sales Engineers to engage customers to understand requirements and design, customize, propose solutions.
• Design and deliver customized services and solution packages to showcase value.
• Deliver engaging technical demonstrations and presentations highlighting benefits of proposed solutions.
• Guide and train the team to deliver engaging sales presentations.
• Coordinate updates on new product/technology/services to the team.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to design solutions for varied customer needs.
• Engage with customers to aid cybersecurity strategy development.
• Contribute to best practices, strategies, methodologies, and documentation for efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Regional Partners and Vendors for latest product/technology know-how.
• Engage ecosystem of cyber security partners (SOC services, CSP, MSSP).
• Continual learning and participation in technical communities and events.
• Host webinars/workshops as speaker/panelist.
