digiDations in Singapore is seeking a highly motivated Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team. You will deliver technical pre-sales support for security validation solutions, tailoring product presentations and designing Proof-of-Concepts to demonstrate value.

The role requires collaborating with customers and partners, leading proposal development, contributing to solution architecture, and supporting marketing initiatives through webinars and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on technical experience in Sales/Systems Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Security Engineer, or senior-level product support.
• Demonstrated cybersecurity expertise across networks, endpoints, cloud, or data security.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support and tailor product presentations.
• Drive PoC design and demonstrations to showcase solution value.
• Engage customers and channel partners through enablement sessions and direct interactions.
• Lead proposal creation and deliver technical demonstrations addressing customer challenges.
• Support marketing initiatives including webinars and events; create technical content.
