Job summary

Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd is seeking a senior professional to lead Cyber Security Service Management and IT service delivery for client engagements in Singapore. You will develop and implement security strategies, monitor environments for threats, and drive risk assessments and audits while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong client engagement.

The role also covers leading daily IT service delivery operations, coordinating with vendors, supporting pre-sales activities, and managing teams

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, CCSP, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years in IT service delivery and cyber security management.
Experience in pre-sales support, solution design, and client engagement.
Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks, ITIL, and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities; cloud experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain cyber security strategies, policies, and procedures for clients.
Monitor client IT environments for threats, respond to incidents, and manage risk assessments and audits.
Ensure client compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and other standards.
Lead cyber security awareness and training programs for clients.
Conduct investigations of security incidents and recommend remediation strategies.
Lead daily operations of managed IT services, including maintenance and support.
Oversee delivery of vulnerability assessments, intrusion detection, and incident response.
Ensure compliance with SLAs and regulatory standards.
Develop policies and best practices for IT service delivery and security.
Coordinate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners.
Manage escalations and drive continuous improvement of service delivery.
Collaborate with sales to tailor technical solutions and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
