Job summary

NCS is seeking a seasoned Security Service Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services in MOE, including SOC, vulnerability management and incident response. You will drive service quality, client satisfaction and operational resilience.

Applicants should have 6–10 years in cybersecurity or IT operations, 3+ years in client-facing leadership, and relevant certifications. Singapore Citizen only due to project sensitivity.

Qualifications

• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and service performance metrics
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks
• Strong understanding of SOC, incident response, vulnerability management, and risk & compliance

Responsibilities

• Full accountability for end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services
• Own service performance, quality, and client satisfaction
• Act as the primary operational escalation point
• Proactively identify service risks and mitigation plans
• Review risk register and ensure controls align with requirements
• Present security metrics in business terms and manage stakeholder expectations
• Coordinate across SOC, IR teams, engineering, and GRC
• Escalate resource or skill gaps early and ensure crisis ownership
