Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a senior cyber security and IT service delivery leader in Singapore to develop and monitor security strategies for clients. You will oversee audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance while guiding teams in security operations and incident response.

You will drive pre-sales engagements, craft security architectures, and present proposals to clients, ensuring strong technical and commercial outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
• (CISSP/CISM/ITIL/CCSP) certifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in IT service delivery and cyber security management.
• Proven experience in technical pre-sales support and client engagement.
• Strong understanding of cyber security frameworks and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor cyber security strategies and policies for clients.
• Lead security operations including risk assessments and audits.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Lead cyber security awareness and training programs for clients.
• Conduct investigations of security incidents and remediation planning.
• Oversee managed IT service delivery and security across client environments.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners; manage client escalations and service improvements.
• Prepare proposals, solution architectures, and demonstrations for prospects.
