Job summary

Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd is seeking a senior professional to lead Cyber Security Service Management and IT service delivery for client engagements in Singapore. You will develop and implement security strategies, monitor environments for threats, and drive risk assessments and audits while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong client engagement.

The role also covers leading daily IT service delivery operations, coordinating with vendors, supporting pre-sales activities, and managing teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, CCSP, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in IT service delivery and cyber security management.
• Experience in pre-sales support, solution design, and client engagement.
• Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks, ITIL, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; cloud experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain cyber security strategies, policies, and procedures for clients.

• Ensure client compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and other standards.
• Lead cyber security awareness and training programs for clients.

What does the role look like?

Cyber Security Service Management

• Develop, implement, and maintain cyber security strategies, policies, and procedures to support clients' operations.
• Monitor clients' IT environments for security threats, respond to incidents, and manage risk assessments and audits for clients.
• Ensure clients' compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards (such as GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Lead cyber security awareness and training programs for clients.
• Conduct investigations of clients' security incidents, recommending remediation and prevention strategies.

Service Delivery Management

• Lead the daily operations of managed IT services, including infrastructure maintenance, system monitoring, and technical support.
• Oversee delivery of cybersecurity services such as vulnerability assessments, intrusion detection, and incident response.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and regulatory standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for IT service delivery and security.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners.
• Manage escalations, resolve client issues, and ensure continuous improvement of service delivery.

Pre-Sales Support

• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to understand client needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, solution architectures, and demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with tailored technical documentation and cost estimates.
• Provide expert input during client discussions, meetings, and proof-of-concept sessions.
• Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop IT and cyber security professionals, fostering continuous learning and growth.
• Organize and oversee resource allocation for projects and client engagements.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Cost Management & Reporting

• Develop, track, and manage cyber security and IT operation budgets.
• Identify opportunities to optimize cost structure and improve service efficiency.
• Produce reports on service performance, security incidents, and pre-sales activities for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, CCSP, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service delivery and cyber security management
• Proven experience in technical pre-sales support, solution design, and client engagement
• Strong understanding of cyber security frameworks, ITIL service management, and compliance standards
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Familiarity with network architecture, firewalls, endpoint security, and threat intelligence
• Commercial awareness and ability to translate technical features into business benefits
