Job summary

Sciente International Pte Ltd is seeking a high-impact senior sales/solutions leader to open doors at C-suite levels and drive AI-led data governance and risk solutions for BFSI clients. You will lead the full cycle from opportunity spotting to SOW closure, shaping ROI-driven offerings and expanding services revenue across APAC.

Bring at least 10+ years in B2B technology services, deep GRC experience, and a strong network in financial services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B technology services sales or related roles.
• Experience in GRC for financial services or insurance is highly preferred.
• Ability to engage CXOs and shape solutions with ROI cases.
• Working knowledge of data/AI/ML platforms.
• Strong regional APAC network in insurance or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hunt new problem statements across Governance Risk & Compliance areas.
• Lead presales, shape solutions, present ROI cases to C-suite.
• Own mandate pipeline from first conversation to signed SOW.
• Achieve targeted services revenue quarterly.
• Act as face of solutioning in senior client engagements.
• Translate data and AI capabilities into business outcomes.
