Qualifications

• 15+ years in insurance across underwriting, claims, distribution or policy servicing.
• Experience delivering insurance platforms such as advisor sales tools, e-submission or portals.
• Knowledge of multiple Asian markets (e.g. Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Vietnam).

Responsabilités

• Act as Sciente's senior insurance voice with client business heads in underwriting, claims, distribution, policy servicing, group and health.
• Identify and shape AI and data use cases with measurable value (claims triage, fraud detection, underwriting support, lead management, customer servicing).
• Build business cases with client stakeholders covering value, cost, risk and delivery effort.
