Job summary

Sciente Group is seeking a senior hunter-builder to open doors at CRO, CDO, CIO, and CCO levels and close deals. You will shape AI-led solutions for risk, data governance, and regulatory certainty, targeting the insurance and financial services sectors in Singapore.

You will lead presales, build ROI cases, and present to C-suite, translating data capabilities into business outcomes and owning the entire pipeline from first conversation to signed SOW.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B tech sales, pre-sales or account management.
• Minimum 5 years working with insurance or financial services clients in Singapore.
• Working knowledge of data platforms, AI/ML and GRC frameworks.
• Can hold the room credibly with a CDO and a data engineer.
• Existing network in SG's insurance or financial services sector is a strong plus.
• High integrity, disciplined, thrives with ownership and minimal hand-holding.

What You'll Be Doing

• Hunt new business across insurance and financial services in Singapore

What You'll Be Selling

Composing end-to-end Data & AI solutions with a GRC lens:

• Data governance, compliance solutions, Control Testing
• Risk intelligence, regulatory analytics
• ML/AI based intelligence layer for AML monitoring (UBO, pKYC, fraud detection)
• Audit-ready data pipelines & CXO dashboards

Who We're Looking For
