Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a culinary or kitchen role.
• Excellent knife skills and knowledge of cutting techniques.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Able to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team player with positive attitude and good communication.
