Club Chinois in Singapore is seeking a dedicated kitchen prep cook to support our culinary team. You will prepare and portion ingredients, maintain knife-work quality, and ensure foods meet safety standards during service.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience required.
• Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cutting techniques.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Able to perform split shifts, work on weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
