Job summary

HERDHR PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a Herd Support Executive to provide technical support for our products and services, mainly for our Malaysian client base. You will troubleshoot issues, resolve queries, and ensure smooth operation of our offerings.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in CS/IT/HR, is fluent in Malay, has at least 1 year in HR/payroll, and exhibits strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/HR or related field.
• Must speak, read and write in Malay to handle Malay-speaking clients.
• Minimum 1 year of HR/Payroll experience must be shown.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support such as system settings, onboarding, payroll processing, etc.
• Respond to user requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including login or data errors.
• Escalate complex issues to the second-level team or vendor as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries professionally.
• Provide information and assistance regarding our products and services.
• Generate monthly Support Performance reports for evaluation.

• Resolve customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide information and assistance regarding our products and services.
• To generate monthly reports on Support Performance for Evaluation.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resource or related field.
• Able to Speak, Read and Write in Malay to handle Malay speaking clients.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in HR/Payroll.
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices (Malaysia).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
